New for 2012. The first figure/model of the new year is a 90mm resin figure from Bonaparte Military Miniatures. I got the figure last year, one of several from Bugle Call a model show held in Bath.
The original pose for the figure is seated on a wall. I did not like the pose and as I wanted him to be seated behind the wall on a barrel, I repositioned the right leg with some modelling poxy to give the figure more of a natural feel.
I think the pose has worked well and I’m very pleased with the end result.
